LOW COST FREEZER SPACER INSERTER, RETRIEVER AND PALLET EXCHANGER

During our 20 years of selling freezer spacers into meat processing plants and cold storage facilities, we invented the Pallet Inverter SR2 machine to provide a better way than lifting each box of meat and putting it on a different pallet manually, inserting the Freezer Spacers and then repeating the process when frozen. For years there was no equipment that could do the job, only lots of expensive labour.

The system of inserting spacers was made possible with the Airflow Pallet Inverter SR2 this equipment allows an operator to insert Freezer Spacers (of any type) between each layer of boxes without lifting a box. It is capable of handling 25-30 pallet loads per hour. Once you have had the machine in operation for a day and everybody has accepted it as an aid to their days work, you will find they do not want to be without it. The SR2 will take 95% of the labour out of putting spacers in pallet loads of boxes.

We have now introduced the Pallet Inverter SR2LC into our range. It is a lower cost alternative to the original SR2 machine as the fingers are not required if your cartons are larger than 6" and have the stability required. The top scissor unit is also optional on the Pallet Inverter SR2LC which will reduce costs further.
