The Pallet Changer is hydraulically powered and is controlled electrically from a central PLC unit. Control comes via a simple compact panel that allows fully automatic control or manual operation. The machine can be manufactured in either a painted finish or stainless steel. The parts that touch your product are stainless steel or anodised aluminium in any case. The Pallet Changer can be loaded with a palletised load on the base with either a forklift truck or a hand pallet truck.

This machine enables the pallet exchange of many sizes and types of pallets under many types of palletised load and is completely format free. The cycle time can be as fast as 60 seconds or less with fully automatic operation. Manual operation is also possible at the flick of a switch.
