The basic pallet inverter in our range is low in cost but high in operational success. They have sold in there hundreds world wide and pay for them selves within months. Use it to exchange pallets or retrieve freezer spacers. Stainless steel or paint finish they run for decades and can take the operational abuse.

Constructed from heavy duty steel plate and capable of withstanding the environment of meat processing and freezer operations. The inverters are hydraulically operated and are controlled electrically from a central control box. The inverters can be manufactured in either a painted finish or stainless steel, the sliding table that touches your product can be stainless or paint finish also. The Airflow SR1B inverters can be loaded with a palletised load on the inverter base with either a forklift truck or a hand pallet truck.

Once activated the machine rotates the pallet on to one corner of the V shaped table and holds the pallet within the V, therefore ensuring that all boxes are always at a 45 degree angle facing away from the operator. This prevents boxes being pulled onto the operator when removing spacers. When the pallet is horizontal the hydraulic sliding table is operated, this provides a gap in order to change the pallet or retrieve the spacers.
