AUTOMATIC DEPALLETISING MACHINE

With the introduction of the Airflow automatic depalletising system, it is now possible to reduce high pallets of unevenly layered delicate product down to a single box automatically. The system allows different types and sizes of cartons taller than 150mm high to be handled automatically. The pallet of product will be de-layered onto a conveyor ready for production or inspection. The whole process eliminates the need for manual handling. Virtually any configuration of equipment is possible in order to meet your exact requirements.

Once activated the machine rotates the pallet on to one corner of the V shaped table and holds the pallet within the V. The base of the machine transfers first the pallet and then the individual layers of cartons to the conveyor system. The cartons can then be distributed any where within the plant system. The full pallets are fed automatically into the machine and the number of preloaded pallets can be determined at the design stage.
