FREEZER SPACER RETRIEVER AND PALLET EXCHANGER

Up to the minute design based around the SR1 machine but enables the pallet to be exchanged at floor level with a pallet truck. A very capable machine and due to the clever design remains very affordable and very accessible. You can gain access to your product at all times and so the machine can still be used to retrieve freezer spacers or attend to a damaged layer of product. Put simply a multi function low cost solution to your pallet handling requirements.

Constructed from heavy duty steel plate and capable of withstanding the environment of meat processing and freezer operations. The inverters are hydraulically operated and are controlled electrically from a central control box. The inverters can be manufactured in either a painted finish or stainless steel. The finish does not absorb any dirt, blood, grease or bacteria. The Airflow SR1P inverters can be loaded with a palletised load on the inverter base with either a forklift truck or a hand pallet truck.

Once activated the machine rotates the pallet on to one corner of the V shaped table and holds the pallet within the V, therefore ensuring that all boxes are always at a 45 degree angle facing away from the operator. This prevents boxes being pulled onto the operator when removing spacers. When the pallet is horizontal the hydraulic sliding table is operated, this provides a gap in order to retrieve the spacers. The pallet is hydraulically moved to floor level in order for a pallet truck to remove it and replace it with the exchange pallet. This feature means no one has to lift the pallet. The SR1P includes the additional top scissors which prevent collapse of small or unstable cartons.
