FREEZER SPACER RETRIEVER AND PALLET EXCHANGER

Similar design to the Pallet Inverter SR1B machine but has the top scissor plate to retain your top cartons during inverting. Use it to exchange pallets or retrieve freezer spacers. Constructed from heavy duty steel plate and capable of withstanding the environment of meat processing and freezer operations. The inverters are hydraulically operated and are controlled electrically from a central control box. The inverters can be manufactured in either a painted finish or stainless steel. The Airflow Pallet Inverters SR1 can be loaded with a palletised load on the inverter base with either a forklift truck or a hand pallet truck.

Once activated the machine rotates the pallet on to one corner of the V shaped table and holds the pallet within the V, therefore ensuring that all boxes are always at a 45 degree angle facing away from the operator. This prevents boxes being pulled onto the operator when removing spacers. When the pallet is horizontal the hydraulic sliding table is operated, this provides a gap in order to change the pallet or retrieve the spacers. The Pallet Inverter SR1 includes the additional top scissors which prevent collapse of small or unstable cartons.
