Following the success of our Pallex and Pallet Inverter SR1P machines, comes the new Pallet Inverter Pallex Auto. This completely new design enables the pallet exchange of many sizes and types of pallets under many types of palletised load and is completely format free. The cycle time can be as fast as 60 seconds or less with fully automatic operation. A manual version is also available. The machine has been designed to be the fastest and most cost effective solution in the market place today. By using a unique approach we have designed a fully automatic machine that will revolutionise the way companies exchange pallets under their palletised loads.Oh yes and its completely affordable to all sectors.

Constructed from heavy duty steel and top end parts it is capable of withstanding its operational environment. The pallex auto is hydraulically powered and is controlled electrically from a central PLC unit. Control comes via a touch screen HMI unit that allows fully automatic control or manual operation. The machine can be manufactured in either a painted finish or stainless steel. The parts that touch your product are stainless steel or anodised aluminum in any case. The Pallet Inverter Pallex Auto can be loaded with a palletised load on the base with either a forklift truck or a hand pallet truck.

The Pallet Inverter Pallex Auto is available in 3 main versions, 1) Fully automatic with super fast cycle time, 2) Fully automatic with normal cycle time and 3) Manual operation with normal cycle time. All the versions can be adapted to meet your exact requirements. Complete inline systems available.
